Description: "The inspiration for filming La Soledad comes from the director’s childhood experiences at his grandparents’ family home in Caracas, Venezuela. After spending years abroad, he returned to the country to shoot a film in that house—a work that navigates between documentary and fiction.

The house itself becomes a character: practically abandoned by his family, it is now on the verge of collapse. It has become home to new occupants—Rosina, who once worked as a maid for the owners, and her grandson José. When the "true owners" decide to demolish it, the "usurpers" must find somewhere else to go.
